Friday May 13th 2022. Work being done after the injunction. Injunction became official Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 1:58pm. Video taken Friday May 13th at 11:30am. End photo was taken May 14, 2022.
May 14, 2022. Construction made the damage worse. Two days after the injunction went into force.
August 2022. Damage being repaired. DMUSD attorney requested permission to make the repairs June 1 2022, but repeatedly tried to get StF to include a statement that DMUSD did not damage the reserve. StF attorney refused to agree to that. Permission was signed August 9th 2022.
January 19 2023. Damage after the rain, with failed inadequate repairs.
February 1st 2023 Damage to the Reserve. Water pumped out of the construction area, over the edge of the slope, and into the Reserve.
